Most stone yards hand your slab to an outside fabricator after selection. We don’t. Stone City runs the largest automated stone fabrication facility in the Midwest alongside a 25,000 sq ft Chicago showroom — so the slab your client approves is the slab our own team templates, cuts, and installs.
For trade work, that means one accountable team from selection to install, on residential and commercial projects alike.

Who it’s for
Every session is one-on-one and starts from your project. Bring as much or as little context as you have.
Walk the floor with your client or ahead of them. We hold specific lots for your project and show you new arrivals before they reach the general floor — and any slab in the online inventory can be previewed in a kitchen, or in a photo of your client’s space, before the visit.
Schedule around real shop capacity, not estimates. You get current lead times for every active project, and one in-house team handles template, fabrication, and install — there is no outside fabricator to chase.
Bring the drawings. We review edge details, seam placement, and laser-template specifications with you before anything is cut. Send CAD files or blueprints ahead and the session starts from your plans.
Residential + Commercial
For commercial work, Stone City is a fabrication and supply partner with the throughput for large runs and custom stone elements — medallions, fireplace surrounds, and full-floor installs.
